Cintia Cabib

Cintia Cabib is an independent video producer, writer and editor specializing in educational, documentary and cultural arts programming.  Her programs have been shown on PBS affiliates, on Montgomery Community Television’s channels 19 and 21, at film and video festivals, and in art galleries.  Her videos have been purchased by non-profit organizations, school systems and libraries.  From 1991-2005, Cintia was the training director at Montgomery Community Television (MCT) in Rockville, Maryland, where she produced educational and multicultural programming, supervised MCT’s community-produced television programs and managed its video production classes. 

Cintia has a B.A. in International Relations from Goucher College and an M.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Florida.  She is a member of the Washington, D.C. chapter of Women in Film and Video and the International Documentary Association.  A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Cintia is fluent in Spanish.  Many of her videos focus on Latino issues and culture.

  • Production, writing and editing of educational, documentary, arts and cultural programming, public service announcements and promotional videos
